NYC's Water System provides approximately 1 billion gallons per day of water to approximately 834,000 accounts in the City and 9.6 million residents in New York City, Westchester, Putnam, Orange and Ulster Counties. Proceeds of the FY 2019AA Bonds are expected to redeem outstanding bonds and pay certain costs of issuance.

Can I sell the bonds if I don’t want them anymore?
