Oops!!! I woke up yesterday to realize that I had not cleaned my dryer vent in YEARS!!! I contacted Dryer Vent Wizard, and they sent Evan out today!!! I was pleasantly surprised that they work on a Saturday, but the best surprise was EVAN!!! He’s a credit to his family and a wonderful person. He made us feel so safe having him come into our home. The price was more than I anticipated, but it involved climbing on the roof to reach the dryer vent!!! (Yes, your dryer vent could be on the roof!) And he installed a new connector hose since mine was twenty years old. During the service call Evan was sending me videos of the work in progress. I felt great knowing that he was doing the BEST JOB! If he’s characteristic of the Wizard employees, then they are a top notch company. My home is safe again after the service call. Thank you, DRYER VENT WIZARD!!

I called Dryer Vent Wizard in a last ditch effort because all of the other places I had called told me they don't clean second floor dryer vents in MN in the winter due to them not wanting to potentially work outside or on the roof. Dryer Vent Wizard assured me this was no problem. My dryer REALLY needed the service and the technician actually found that my builder never removed the vent cover externally so my whole vent was really plugged up. They got me on the books quickly, arrived on time, did the service quickly. Their prices were similar to the other quotes I received. Very happy with the service and my dryer is working PERFECTLY again. Thank you!
