The work was great. The cleanup of what was cut could’ve been better.

The ground guys of Springfield did exactly what I was looking for as far as landscaping! I chose the types of plants, Scott and I discussed layout, and everything went very smoothly as far as installation. Jacob was a great worker as well as the two helpers he had with him. Looking forward to see all the new growth coming next spring on all the trees and hydrangeas. Thanks again!

I don't normally write reviews, but here you go. I was looking for core aeration, overseeding, and top dressing and landed on The Grounds Guys due to their responsiveness and the ease of getting a quote, requesting changes, and getting a quick turn-around. Pricing was fair and they came out when expect. Now to be fair, I was disappointed in one aspect of the work, but here's the thing: after reaching out to them we were able to have a fair, reasonable, and constructive dialog. They heard my side, understood where I was coming from, and were back in 2 days to make things right. And made it right they did, working extra hard and going above and beyond. That's how you handle customer service.

The crew showed up early and were very professional. They did a great job removing our tree and planting new one in its place. I will be using them for my landscape upgrades in the backyard.
