The technician, Alex, that serviced my dryer was very polite and professional. He introduced himself, shook my hand, and really listened to my concerns. He dug in right away to find the problem. We had some conversations while he was here. Within 20 mins, he had my dryer working properly. I highly recommend having Alex as your technician.
