Brandon, Dan, and the entire crew were 5 stars from the minute they came on the job. Brandon patiently answered all of my questions and showed great compassion for our situation. He also stayed in constant contact, which helped ease some of the stress in a very stressful situation. Dan and his crew were exceptional each day they were at our home. They were professional, kind, compassionate, and understanding. Each of the crew treated our home and our things with respect and consideration. They all show that they understand that this is your life they are packing up, and they are patient and careful as they work. We cannot recommend them enough.

My mom had an issue where a sewage pipe had come apart under her house. When Elliott came out to consult, he very kindly put the pipe back together and yesterday they did the cleanup! Very impressive work but the most impressive part was the integrity and character shown by Elliott when he explained that some of the work he had initially given in the estimate didn’t have to be done and would be deducted from the total! We would never have known if he had to do it or not! His honesty speaks volumes for him as a person and I would HIGHLY recommend him and Rainbow Restoration!

My three kids and I were involved in the apartment complex fire in Norwalk in May of 2026. After fighting for over a week I was able to get in and grab as many of their things as I could save in the two hours we were given. I was able to save all their stuffed animals as they were up on beds and shelves. I wanted to obviously make sure they were safe for the kids before letting them touch them again as the fire and water had made the apartment a mess to say the least. I called Ricky with Rainbow and he responded very quickly. They had somebody sent to pick up the bags with their animals in them in probably an hour. They inventoried them, all 187 of them, and gave me a quote within 24 hours. After I gave them the go ahead to clean them professionally it took less than three days to clean all 187 of them and deliver them back to us. Seven boxes later, I got all of their stuff back and it was a huge weight off my shoulders that they could all be cleaned and were now safe again. It was especially excited as a couple of them were literal emotional support animals for my kids. I would recommend this company to anybody. They were very quick, good, professional, and genuinely seemed excited to have been able to save the kids giant piles of stuffies.
